​​The coaching I offer is about Aliveness.  For some, aliveness is a loud expression, the pursuit of goals that feel out of reach, stepping boldly out of our comfort zone. For others aliveness is about quiet authority, saying No when it’s in your best interest, breaking down patterns that no longer serve us, living with intention, tapping into creativity, feeling peaceful. Regardless of what Aliveness means to you- we all know it is vital and we all crave it.
 

As a coach I don’t teach you or fix you, rather I walk along side you in your journey. Coaching is a lifestyle and self care practice that promotes curiosity- allowing you to consider things your intuition is patiently waiting to offer. I use intuitive questions to help clear mental clutter and bring clarity to what it is you really want.

Your Coach

I trained as a coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, one of the most widely recognized coaching programs in the world. My work is rooted in over 15 years of experience working in healthcare, where I have supported people through some of life's most vulnerable and transformative moments. 

I am a mother of two and a wife, 
and much of what I bring to my work is shaped by the realities of family life- its beauty, the mess, and everything in between. 

At home, you'll find me out in the garden trying to learn (sometimes imperfectly) about permaculture and more sustainable ways of living. And on the weekend I might be found on a hiking trail or scheming the next adventure

Sample Session
I offer a complimentary 60min sample session via zoom for anyone who is interested in knowing more about coaching or curious how this could impact your life. Bring a topic to this session so you can get a sense of what coaching feels like!  

 

How it works
Coach and client meet 2x/month for 60mins. This allows enough time during the session to build resonance with your goals, be intentional, and get the clarity to dig deeper and discover more 

 

Can I book a session whenever I want?

Yes and No.

Coaching isn’t just about tackling problems, it’s a lifestyle. Meeting regularly allows you to get curious about the routine, flow and feelings of your day to day life. This allows exploring with curiosity and extracting more truth so you can discover your values and fortify the permission to be fully you.

Why is this important? Because it’s the small moments each day that contribute to fulfillment and joy or resentment and burnout.
